How do I make an appointment?
You can call or text us at 864-973-8269 or you can schedule an appointment online under the appointments tab.
Who can I bring with me?
You can bring up to 8 people depending on the appointment, but due to the nature of our business, we cannot have children running around the shop. Please remember that too many opinions can make it overwhelming for the bride.
What designers do you carry?
We carry name brand designers, such as Morilee, Casablanca Bridal, Beloved by Casablanca, LeBlanc, Madi Lane, Stella Couture, Alyce Paris, Allure, Madison James and more! Don't like those? We also create custom!
What if my weight changes between now and my wedding?
We work with amazing seamstresses who can help make adjustments if needed! In cases of GLP-1's, we can work with you to see where you are currently, what your goals are, and potentially order a different size. Please understand there is a risk in ordering a size you do not measure for. We can work with our seamstresses to do our best estimate, but we cannot promise.
Do I need an appointment?
Our showroom is open to browse from 10 am to 5 pm Tuesday thru Friday, and 9 am to 1pm on Saturday, but in order to try anything on, you will need an appointment.
When should I start shopping?
Designer Gowns can take 6-8 months to come in. Custom gowns can take even longer. I recommend starting 1 year out, although we see brides come in as far out as 2 years!
How much are your gowns?
Our gowns range from $700 to $4,000. Our standard dress is about $2,000.
Custom gowns start at $2,500.
What is 1 thing you want brides to know about you?
We are not the place to go for dress up. We do not have 10,000 dresses. We have 250 dresses specially curated based on fit, design, quality, comfort, structure, and beauty. We specialize in THE ONE. Our stylists have the training and experience to pair you with your perfect dress based on what you love, your body shape, and your priorities for your dress. We are not meant to be your first stop; we are meant to be your last!
How long is my appointment?
Bridal appointments are generally from 1.5-2 hours. Mothers and Formal are 1 hour. Tux/Suit fittings are 15 minutes.
What if I'm rushed on time?
Most of our designers have rush shipping options available. We are also able to sell any dress in our shop off the rack! We've helped brides less than 2 weeks before their weddings before!
What sizes do you carry?
We have sizes 4-22 in store, however bridal sizing varies by style and designer. We are able to order from size 0-32.
What is the process to get a custom dress?
There are multiple ways that we do customs depending on the bride and the price point. Our most popular option is to start with a base dress and add or change elements to create a one-of-a-kind gown. We do offer from scratch dress design as well. You'll sit down with our custom specialist and look at reference photos for every silhouette, neckline, sleeve, and element for your gown. Once it's complied, you will receive a sketch that we can either modify or order based on your custom measurements.
